KEVIN LEE CECIL

Kevin Lee Cecil, 58, of Belmont, Ohio, died suddenly on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Wheeling Hospital.  He was born January 8, 1962 and was the son of the late Arthur Gerald “Buzzy” Cecil and Ellen Mae Cecil of Belmont, Ohio.

Kevin was a great son, brother, uncle, and friend to many.  He was a member of Morristown Christian Church and a graduate of Union Local High School class of 1980. Kevin attended Ohio University Eastern.

Kevin was a very talented architect most of his life and enjoyed his work at Belmont County Water Department.  He was a great artist and could draw just about anything he wanted to.  He enjoyed his days riding his motorcycle with his brother, Randy and spending time with his family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Buzzy and Ellen Cecil; grandparents, Russell and Effie Lynn and Arthur and Grace Cecil; and brother-in-law, Donald Rogers.

Surviving are his brothers, Brad Cecil and Randal Cecil both of Belmont; sister, Vicki Rogers of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 27, 2020 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Morristown Christian Church, where the service will be held Monday, December 28, 2020 at 11:00 am.  Pastor Curtis Hallstrom officiating.  Interment will follow at Morristown Union Cemetery.
