Geraldine Coleman Obituary

GERALDINE LYNN COLEMAN

Geraldine Lynn Coleman, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at her home, June 19, 2020, with her family at her side.  Born February 24, 1942 in East Liverpool Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Jerry Cermak and Agnus Birch Cermak.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Charles Cermak.

Cherishing Lynn’s memory always, are those who survive; her husband of 62 ½ years, Paul Coleman of Belmont, children, Carrie (Bill) Heagstedt, Jeffrey (Deborah) Coleman all of Bethesda, Kristine (Brent) Feiock of Belmont; grandchildren, Joshua, Katelyn, Gage, Lacie, Cassie, and AJ; great-grandchildren, Lacole, Ike, Lanae, and Logan; and sister, Rebecca (James) Valekis of Tipp City, Ohio.

A faithful member of the United Church of God, she loved her family immensely and each of them held a very special place in her heart.  She was very artistic in many different areas and she especially enjoyed knitting and crocheting.  She loved horses, reading, history, travelling, helping others, and spending time with friends and family.  She enjoyed hiking and taking daily walks in the neighborhood.

Honoring Lynn’s wish, visitation will be privately held with only her family. A Graveside Service and interment will take place Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Belmont Cemetery.  Randy Stiver will officiate.

Lynn’s care and assisting her family during this time, has been entrusted with Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, Bethesda.
