Mary Jane Dunfee Howiler

MARY JANE DUNFEE HOWILER
Mary Jane Dunfee Howiler, 91, of Barnesville, Ohio, passed away, January 10, 2019 at Astoria Place of Barnesville.  She was born July 20, 1927 in Boston, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Charles T. Dunfee and Pearl Bishop Dunfee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Marvin Howiler; grandsons, Roger Herda, Sean Davis; great-grandson, Joseph Herda; sister, Daisy Dunfee; and an infant brother.
Mary's memory will live on in the hearts of those who survive; daughter, Judy (Joseph) Davis; grandson, Christopher Herda; great-grandchildren, Cecilia, Paige, Andrew, and David Herda all of Norfolk Nebraska; great-great-grandchildren, Rodney Herda and Aalyah Christianson; sister, Nina (James) Christman; brother, Bill (Rodona) Dunfee; several nieces and nephews; as well as many great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.  Mary is also survived by her beloved cat, Cody.
A talented seamstress, she worked at the Jonathan Logan Clothing Factory in Barnesville for many years. Mary Jane was a faithful member of Boston Church of Christ.  Her devotion to her family was her fulfillment in life.
Family and friends are welcome to visit, Monday, January 14^th from 4-6 p.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 702 E. Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio, where the service for Mary Jane will be held on Tuesday, January 15^th at 1 p.m.  Kim McFarland officiating.  Interment will follow at Boston Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
