BONNIE M. HEATH

Bonnie M. Heath, 65, of Bethesda, Ohio, passed away, Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Mon Health Medical Center. Born September 25, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Mildred Powell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Starr and sister, Crystal Powell.

Bonnie’s memory will forever be cherished by those she leaves behind; her husband of 24 years, Charles Heath of Bethesda; daughter, Shannon Starr of Seattle, Washington; son, Steve Heath of Woodsfield; sister, Shirley (Jay) Farson of Mt. Olivett; and brother, James “Jimmy” (Connie) Powell of Jacobsburg.

A devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend, Bonnie enjoyed taking drives with Charles and her family. She was past president of the Auxiliary VFW and volunteered at Barnesville VFW. It was Bonnie’s privilege to honor all veterans and she was dedicated in volunteering for anything related to the VFW. Her loving and caring nature led her to take care of her parents in their time of need.

In honoring Bonnie’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be conducted at noon on Saturday, February 16th, Calvary Presbyterian Church, 100 Marietta Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
