ANDREW LEON ZIEMBA

Andrew Leon Ziemba, 66, of Flushing, Ohio, passed away at Genesis Hospital, November 1, 2019.  He was born to the late Andrew and Helen Voydock Ziemba on April 19, 1953 in Martins Ferry, Ohio. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Charlene Myers.

Remembering the love Andrew had for his family are those who survive; daughters, Alicia (Jonathon) Regan, Amy Glover (Peter Chan) all of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Chloe and Andrew Selecky, Xena, Maya, and Xavier Lucas; sister, June (Alex) Rios of California; and brother, Charles Thorne of Nevada.

A member of the F.O.E. bowling league of St. Clairsville and was an avid bowler for many years.  Andrew scored a perfect game, twice, reaching the highest score possible of 300 points.  He achieved this by scoring a strike in every frame.  He enjoyed golf, Pirates baseball, Cleveland Browns football, and was a loyal Union Local sports fan.

Family and friends are welcome for visitation, Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 11:00 am, until the time of service, beginning at 1:00 pm, Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda.  Darla Schnegg and Ashley Steele officiating.  Interment will take place, privately, at a later date.
